I have decided to devote myself to providing online counseling services because I see how fast and how valuable online counseling has been for many people. Taking over the helm at Marriage Matters, LLC from Josh Kates, who was a pioneer in the field of internet counseling. Marriage Matters, LLC has been featured in Parent’s Guide Magazine, radio and TV shows about online counseling, marriage and relationship issues, most notably CNN's, "CNN Dot Com" news program.

As a dedicated professional in the field of counseling and Social Work beginning in the 1980's with my graduation from the University of Nevada, my commitment to improving the lives of others continues to be my life's work. I accomplish this in many ways and online counseling with Marriage Matters, LLC is one more way I feel I can reach out to many individuals and couples. Online counseling has become an extremely viable way to reach out for help by thousands of individuals every day. And many of those people might not receive any type of counseling or advice if it were not for online counselors like myself.

From individual and family counseling to the supervision of other clinicians at the University of Nevada, my experiences and training enable me to sensitively help clients in almost all areas of their lives. Teaching has been another way that I have been able to help influence many others. My experience as adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix and my current role as Clinical Social Worker at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada all contribute to my well-rounded experiences as a clinician and counselor.

I am a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and have done Ph.D. work at Walden University. My caring and devoted attention to your problems and concerns online is just one more way I feel I can help contribute to improving the lives of others.
